Seth, owner & operator
Seth founded Rodney Rubbish Removal & Demolition after 5+ years of hands-on trade and mechanical industry experience, including time with Snells Beach Motors and Fairview Rodney (Rodney Aluminium). That background gave him a sharp eye for doing jobs properly and a genuine understanding of what it takes to run a reliable, no excuses local business. Those values now shape how every job is handled from quote to clean up.

heath, co-founder
Heath brings 5+ years of residential building experience to every job, with a specialty in renovations and demolition. He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Carpentry (Level 4, Ref No: 2738), qualifying as a BCITO carpenter on 27th March 2024. Heath helps manage and operate the business alongside Seth and Caleb, and is currently the main point of contact for builders and demolition jobs.

Caleb has 7+ years of residential building experience, specialising in new builds and renovations. He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Carpentry (Level 4, Ref No: 2738), qualifying as a BCITO carpenter on 16th February 2023. Caleb helps manage and operate the business alongside Seth and Heath, and is a point of contact for builders and demolition jobs.

Our workhorse setup
Behind every job is gear built to handle it properly. Our setup includes a 1998 4.7L V8 100 Series Land Cruiser paired with a 2.7m x 1.5m trailer, rated to 1.5 tonnes with a 3.6m³ capacity. Reliable enough for everything from a single garage load to a full day on a demolition site.
